Alfred will discuss and demonstrate the five important skills that enhance any professional energy psychology work:
Presence: How staying fully grounded, centered, and present to yourself, your client, and your shared space in the moment enhances energy flow.
Attunement: How being attuned and attentive to your client's moment-experience pays dividends.
Observation: How noticing details like breath, color, posture, and voice provides valuable information.
Curiosity: How attending to a fleeting experience instead of sticking with a protocol sometimes provides the "missing link" to deeper healing.
Elicitation: The value in gently and respectfully encouraging your client to share without interrogating.
You'll get to watch a full demonstration as as Alfred works with a volunteer, Esmeralda, in real time. She originally sought help for neck and lower-back pain after a recent car accident. By following her experience rather than a set script, Alfred helped her uncover an older accident from 20 years ago that carried even more emotional weight.
You'll see all five skills in use, how Alfred keeps her involved in her own process, and how following just one cue helped ease deep pain and emotion.
