Led by Dr. Sarette Zecharia, you'll learn the 6-Step CEP Framework:
Systemic Energetic Interference (SEI): Quickly assess whether a client or patient is really present and resourced enough for change, before you dive into deeper work.
Clear, client and patient-centered goals: Craft goals with positive valence, and keep the focus on what the client or patient can do for themselves.
Finding powerful targets: Identify the aha moments, stuck emotions, limiting beliefs, or unconscious blocks that are truly worth working on.
Psychoenergetic reversals: Recognize when a client or patient doesn't yet have permission to change, and know how to work with it.
Treatment choices that fit you: layer CEP underneath the methods you already use, from CBT and EMDR to meridian and biofield work, and more.
Assessment—are we done, and what's next: Discern whether an issue has cleared, needs a tweak, or it's time to stop for now, so you never have to push through exhaustion again.
A full demonstration is also included: Watch Dr. Zecharia work with a practitioner experiencing compassion fatigue, in real time. You'll see all six steps in action, how she keeps the client engaged in their own process, and how a single targeted intervention can open space for real change.
Dr. Sarette Zecharia is a clinical psychologist, educator, and Certified Trainer and Consultant of the Comprehensive Energy Psychology Framework. Her professional journey has included extensive exploration of psychology, Jungian and Gestalt approaches, somatic awareness, dream work, yoga, Ayurveda, Traditional Chinese Medicine, qigong, tai chi, indigenous healing traditions, and Energy Psychology.
Despite her depth of education and experience, Sarette became increasingly dissatisfied with therapeutic models that treated people as collections of symptoms rather than whole human beings. She sought an approach that could honor psychology, embodiment, energy, spirituality, intuition, and the lived experience of each patient or client.
Her teaching emphasizes clinical clarity, practitioner presence, patient and client agency, and the possibility that deep therapeutic work can be gentle, creative, and restorative for everyone involved.
