You probably already have extensive training, valuable experience, and multiple approaches available to you.
But even highly skilled practitioners find themselves wondering:
• Where do I begin with this patient or client?
• Which intervention is most appropriate now?
• How do I integrate everything I have learned without becoming overwhelmed?
• How can I remain deeply present without carrying the full weight of another person’s healing?
• What do I do when a patient or client still seems stuck?
Comprehensive Energy Psychology (CEP) offers a practical, structured, flexible framework to organize and integrate your methods into a whole-person approach, not replace them.
Licensed mental health professionals seeking a clear way to organize assessment, treatment planning, and whole-person care.
Energy Psychology practitioners who want to integrate multiple methods within a coherent framework.

Coaches working within their professional scope who want to support greater client awareness, agency, and participation.
Integrative healthcare and body-centered professionals interested in mind-body-energy approaches.
Through demonstrations, guided experiential exercises, and clinical discussion, you'll learn a reliable framework that helps you practice more fully as yourself. Led by instructor Dr. Sarette Zecharia, this training won't teach CEP as abstract concepts.

I have experienced significant trauma throughout my life, including childhood trauma, trauma in my marriage, serious health trauma, and longstanding challenges with boundaries. Over the years, I worked with many therapists. While some helped me understand why I felt the way I did, nothing truly resolved the emotional charge I was carrying. That changed when I began working with Dr. Z using CEP (Comprehensive Energy Psychology). CEP has helped me heal trauma in every area of my life. The emotional charge from my childhood trauma has decreased dramatically. The trauma in my marriage has healed to the point that I now have a strong, loving, and secure marriage. One of the greatest changes has been with boundaries. Because the trauma has lessened, I now have the capacity to say "no." Before, setting boundaries felt overwhelming. Today, it feels natural because I'm no longer reacting from old wounds. What amazes me most is how gentle and rapid the process is. When something happens that creates an emotional charge, we do a CEP session, and the intensity often decreases almost immediately, instead of carrying those feelings for days, weeks, or months. She is one of the most gifted clinicians I have ever met, and I wholeheartedly recommend her CEP training. She has transformed my life, and I believe the therapists she trains will be equipped with a truly powerful approach to helping their own clients heal.
Dr. Z and I have been working together for nearly five years, combining talk therapy with CEP dreamwork and TCM. While she is exceptionally talented in interweaving these modalities, her guidance through CEP sessions has been an irreplaceable aspect of our work together, and a transformative part of my personal growth. Our sessions can move fluidly across grief, generational trauma, professional stress and procrastination, identity, and boundaries, often touching several of these in a single hour. These sessions have consistently led to profound insights about myself, surfacing deeply held personal narratives I didn't fully know I was carrying. Dr. Z has an intuitive sense of the support I need in any given moment, knowing when to go deeper, when to slow down, and when to simply hold space. As someone who tends to intellectualize rather than feel, CEP sessions with Dr. Z have taught me to listen to and connect with my body in ways talk therapy alone never did. The awareness I've gained, and tools I've learned, have become mind-body practices I now use in everyday life to regulate and stay present. I am deeply grateful for Dr. Z's expertise, knowledge, and masterful guidance through this work.
I would like to thank Dr. Z for her work with me during our CEP sessions. I am someone who, I am sure as many people can relate, have a tendency to overthink and analyze situations and feelings. This created a lot of anxiety, tension, and pain within my body since that swallowed down shame had nowhere to go. With Dr. Z's guidance and work in our CEP sessions, I have been able to physically and energetically feel what my body needs to release what no longer served me and invite in the blessings and abundance. I now can listen so much easier to my body and inner voice, and my time with her has changed my whole life.
Dr. Sarette Zecharia is a clinical psychologist, educator, and Certified Trainer and Consultant of the Comprehensive Energy Psychology Framework. Her professional journey has included extensive exploration of psychology, Jungian and Gestalt approaches, somatic awareness, dream work, yoga, Ayurveda, Traditional Chinese Medicine, qigong, tai chi, indigenous healing traditions, and Energy Psychology.
Despite her depth of education and experience, Sarette became increasingly dissatisfied with therapeutic models that treated people as collections of symptoms rather than whole human beings. She sought an approach that could honor psychology, embodiment, energy, spirituality, intuition, and the lived experience of each patient or client.
Her teaching emphasizes clinical clarity, practitioner presence, patient and client agency, and the possibility that deep therapeutic work can be gentle, creative, and restorative for everyone involved.
