What are Ripple Rewards? Ripple Rewards are ACEP’s way of recognizing and rewarding the actions that help expand the reach and impact of Energy Psychology. You can earn Ripples through eligible activities such as inviting new members and financially supporting ACEP’s mission.
What is a Ripple? A Ripple (ℝ) is ACEP’s reward currency. Ripples have two purposes: they accumulate toward Ripple Recognition Levels and can also be redeemed toward eligible ACEP products and experiences.
How much is a Ripple worth? 1ℝ = $1 when redeemed toward an eligible ACEP product.
How do I earn Ripples? Currently, Ripples can be earned in two primary ways: Invite — earn 50ℝ when a colleague you refer becomes an ACEP member; and Give — earn 1ℝ for every $10 donated to ACEP through an eligible contribution.
Do I earn Ripples when I join ACEP? Joining ACEP gives you access to participate in Ripple Rewards.
How do ACEP know that I referred someone? Members should invite colleagues through their unique referral link or the referral process available through their ACEP member portal. This allows ACEP to connect the new membership to the referring member and award the appropriate Ripples.
When do I receive my 50ℝ for a referral? Ripples are awarded after the referred colleague successfully becomes an eligible ACEP member.
Can I earn Ripples for more than one referral? Yes. Each eligible colleague who joins through your referral earns you 50ℝ, so your Ripples can continue to accumulate.
Can I earn Ripples from both referrals and donations? Yes. Your eligible Ripples are combined into one total regardless of whether you earned them through referrals or giving.
Using Your Ripples
What can I redeem Ripples for? Ripples may be redeemed toward eligible ACEP products, courses, programs, and experiences. Specific exclusions or eligibility requirements will be identified by ACEP.
Can I use Ripples like cash? Ripples have a redemption value of 1ℝ = $1 toward eligible ACEP purchases, but they are not cash and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Can I transfer my Ripples to another person? Ripples are transferable upon request.
Can I combine Ripples with another ACEP discount or promotion? Yes, if you have Ripples you can use them towards any ACEP product at any time. This includes during promotional periods and with coupon codes.
Can Ripples pay for an entire eligible purchase? Ripples can cover 100% of an eligible purchase if you have the Ripples to cover the cost.
Recognition Levels
What are the Ripple Recognition Levels? Recognition is based on the total number of eligible Ripples earned:
Ripple Maker 50-99ℝ
Wave Maker 100-299ℝ
Catalyst 300-499ℝ
Luminary 500-999ℝ
Visionary 1,000ℝ+
Each level unlocks its corresponding ACEP recognition and benefits.
If I redeem my Ripples, do I lose my recognition level? No. Recognition is based on your total Ripples earned, not your current redeemable balance.
For example, if you earn 500ℝ and reach Luminary status, then redeem 300ℝ, your available balance becomes 200ℝ, but your lifetime earned total remains 500ℝ and you retain your Luminary recognition.
Do recognition levels reset? No, recognition levels apply to the lifetime of your membership. If your membership Lapses your account balance will be frozen until renewed.
Do I receive every reward along the way? As you reach a new level, a new level of rewards is unlocked.
Program Rules
Do Ripples expire? No. However, Ripples will not be accessible if your membership status is not current.
What happens to my Ripples if my ACEP membership expires? If your ACEP membership expires, your Ripple Rewards account and available Ripple balance will be frozen. Your Ripples will remain associated with your account and will become available again once your ACEP membership is brought current.
Where can I see my Ripple balance and recognition level? Members can view their Ripple balance through the ACEP member portal
Who do I contact if my Ripples are missing or incorrect? Contact ACEP at [email protected] with the details of your referral, contribution, or transaction so the team can review your account.
